These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CaseFlow SMS Intake Service operated by CaseFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). By interacting with this Service — including by responding to an SMS from us — you agree to these terms.
CaseFlow is a technology platform that helps law firms respond to missed calls. When a potential client calls a participating firm and the call goes unanswered, CaseFlow may send a follow-up text message to that caller on behalf of the firm. If the caller replies, CaseFlow collects intake information over SMS and routes it to the appropriate legal professional for review.
CaseFlow is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Participation is voluntary. Responding to an intake message does not obligate you or any attorney to a legal engagement of any kind.
There are two ways you may receive a text message from CaseFlow:
In either case, you may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Message frequency varies. During an intake session, you may receive up to 10 messages from the system, plus any follow-up communications from the subscribing firm or its staff. Messages are sent only in response to your inquiry or as part of the intake process.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You may opt out of messages from CaseFlow at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you re-initiate contact. Your prior intake responses will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The CaseFlow SMS Service is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carrier support is not guaranteed on all devices or plans. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Calling a participating firm, receiving a text from CaseFlow, submitting intake information via SMS, or receiving a response from our system does not create an attorney-client relationship.
CaseFlow is a technology platform. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship arises from use of this Service. Any engagement with an attorney is solely between you and the subscribing attorney or firm, and only after a written engagement agreement has been executed. Information you provide during intake is not protected by attorney-client privilege solely by virtue of this platform.
Your use of this Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including mobile and SMS data. We do not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CaseFlow shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: delays or failures in message delivery, technical errors, unauthorized access to your data, or reliance on any information provided through the intake process.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted at https://trycaseflow.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
